Insanity Workout Day 1 of 67

Day 1

Breakfast- 2 egg whites, one egg and an english muffin (eggs had mushrooms and peppers)
Snack- piece of toast with cheese
Lunch- half a turkey and cheese sandwich, 1 cup of black bean soup, apple
Snack- Pear, yogurt and apple cinamon rice cake
Dinner- ahi tuna salad with Amy at Mitchells

Feelings: I'm nervous for the fit test but I'm ready to see what this diet and workout will do to my body!
Let the pain begin!
